During many presentations there is too much confusion about the use of the word classes when grouping predicates. Other modules like views makes use of the word tags to group like items.

Good call, though at this point it would require DB schema changes and function changes that would make this prohibitive for the 2.0.

We plan on dropping conditional actions in favor of rules in 3.x (assuming we have time before the Drupal 7 release). I guess we should leave this issue open until we make the change just in case.
