I have started to implement the drigg module and i have come up to something pretty similar to Digg.
There are a few more features that i require, and i need an honest / excellent drigg / drupal developer to help me achieve my project goal. Themeing might also be required.
Budget: 2-4k - depending on skill / quality / time / input
