Self referencing node types and auto-creation of books

Description
If you have a node type that allows only the same type as book pages and you also check the auto-creation of books, you mess up your book while adding subpages.
It would be better to suspend the auto-creation of books when adding the content type as a subpage ;)

Strange. Works for me.
I added a test to prevent auto creation when adding a child.
Can you test this version (copy the file in your bookmadesimple module directory and rename it to book_made_simple.module) ?
