Description
step 3 of INSTALL.TXT link is incorrect for D5.
http://example.com/admin/user/permissions#module-comment_notify
should be
http://example.com/admin/user/access#module-comment_notify
wishing i had CVS access to just change stuff like this as I find it, but oh well.

I've committed a fix: http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=231296
Note that if you get a CVS account you have to also get rights granted to you per project in order to commit directly. And even when you can commit directly it's generally good to create an issue with a patch before committed (just so everything can be tracked) for long term history.
