Good Day,
Sorry if this is not the place to post this. I was wondering if domain default user can be set automatically from the domain they signed up with? Is this possible?

I'm assuming you are asking about setting user's default domain on registration not setting a default user for a domain. If you want to set a default user for a domain the module you are looking for is Domain User.
With Domain User Default on registration user's default domain will be set to the domain the user is on during registration. Depending on user redirect settings user can then navigate to all domains, default and all other domains except primary domain or only default domain.
