I have installed the excellent Ad Blueprint theme and added stuff to the region called "Above Content" but the stuff is only showing up on my home page and my Admin pages. It doesn't show up when I click on a node.
For example, at markconroy.net, when you click enter (to main site) it shows up. But if you click on markconroy.net/node/3 it doesn't.
Any ideas.
I have the block set to show on all pages.
