Can someone please inform me how to embed a meta tag from godaddy trafficblazer into the theme. I would like not to use the meta module.

Any changes you need to implement into your HTML you can do by editing the page.tpl.php file. This works for just about any meta data you need to add to a theme if you'd prefer not to use a module to manage it.
