How to list a given taxonomy's terms on single page with ads.

Issue Summary

I'm just opening this up as a reminder of either documentation/functionality enhancement to assist module users with two likely (ie someone has asked for these in varying forums) scenarios:

• Have a View of a nominated Taxonomy that lists all terms (or optionally leave out empty terms) with associated ads that match that taxonomy. Layout could either be a full list, multi-column (aka craigslist), or grid.
• Like above but instead against each term have a number in brackets of how many ads exist eg (5) and click through to a page for that term with all relevant ads in either teaser or full view format.

This request will be left open while the alpha release bug fixes are going into the 6.x branch to allow time for anyone to comment on this.
