Simply cant get the filter to work.

I have tried many variation of using different fields and filters and nothing works.

When i place a value in the term filter it returns nothing Everytime.

you can also see that the field taxonomy:all term is not working either, i had to use the content:term field to make it work.

I don't see what's wrong. In your 'before' picture, I see 3 fields. A title, taxonomy terms, and some CCK field. The taxonomy terms have no data. When you filter on terms, the fields with no data are removed. This is exactly what I would expect.

BTW this bug report was in *no way* critical. :/

If you look at the image you can see that the Taxonmy:All Terms"names" field is empty, but the same field under Content:Name shows the names.

So the names are suppose to show up under the taxonmy all terms but they arent.

There both suppose to show the same values under name.

So when i filter it shows nothing, but It should should show the name field with "jill".

So something is wrong, have any idea?
