Looking for a module for voting users when write the best answers to a topic.

Hi all,
I'm about to develop a proyect in which I pretend to create a systems of questions and rewards with user points
For example:

UserA post a question, and offer 10 points for the user who answer it better.
Some users reply the question, and UserA vote for userB (the one with best answer), so userB win 10 points.
""
Anybody know about a module for to do something like that or similar, or how to modify an existing module for to do that?
Resumming, what im looking for is something really similar to yahoo answers. I have looked in another topics but nobody post any finally answer.

uff im newbie at druppal, I know php and html programming, but, i have no idea of drupal modules modification. In fact, this is my first with drupal. :S
