Any plans converting this module to Drupal 6?

Only if I get paid for it :)
But I guess I rather should abandon the project and ask for a new maintainer. I'm reading http://drupal.org/node/7765 (Project Life Cycle)

Not sure what you're trying to say. But open source is not free software as in free beer. I still have to buy my beer :)
I would love to convert this module to D6 on a payed basis. As I have a few modules to maintain and lots of interests time is sparse and so is my money.
