Added fluid layouts in 12, 16, and 24 column varieties.
Cleaned up the theme settings interface a great deal, using vertical tabs, and some accordions.
Fixed bugs in grid overlay, set overlay backgrounds to not show on fluid layouts until a better method of overlay can be devised that will work with fluid. (the info box and hover outlines still work)

The Alpha4 release of Omega for Drupal 7 includes bug fixes for the local task tabs rendering properly, and also includes a new feature which allows front and internal pages to have different options for display on the main content/sidebars.
You may now select to override the default settings for the front page, choose an alternate layout, and alternate sizing for the regions in the primary content zone.
