Expert Drupal Themer Needed - Paid On-Going Work

We are looking for a Drupal themer to handle porting HTML themes we use for Drupal client websites. Candidate must have the following skills and be very proficient at them:

Design Proficiency:
CSS/HTML tweaking and web standards compliant
Ability to take HTML pages and convert them to Drupal

Drupal-specific Proficiency:
CCK and Views modules
FileField module
Imagecache module
Tabber module
Installation Profile (for easy site setup)
Image API
Strong PHP skills

We would like to start by having the themer/programmer we choose work on several themes, each with two to four HTML/CSS pages to convert to Drupal.

The candidate will convert these initial designs to Drupal with the most appropriate modules for the desired output. We are looking to pay on an hourly basis but would expect to receive a standard or approximate quote after looking at the HTML design files.

Payments:
In the past, we have received quotes ranging from $400 to $800 for a two to four page design converted to Drupal. I would expect that we can stay around this range but I'd like to also give a bonus for every design ported to Drupal that is top quality, virtually bug free, and for paying attention to small details. The bonus would range from $100 to $300 extra on average but depends on the size of the project, timely work, and again - your attention to detail.

Each design project should take no more than 3 to 5 days maximum for a proficient Drupal themer. Please include a few websites you've designed that has used more advanced layouts than a "standard" Drupal website. If you have not used CCK, Views, Imagecache, and the other above mentioned modules heavily or can reply with work that showcases more dynamic layout options, then please do not contact me.

We will have from 2 to 4 projects per month so please also only apply if you can take on at least 2 designs per month.

Again -- Include some websites in your reply that takes on more dynamic Drupal layouts to be considered

Thanks!
