Sort your table list alphabetically

I don't know what it shows in MySQL, but in PostgreSQL the table list for "Available tables in default connection: " on http://localhost/admin/content/tw list is not sorted and this makes it hard to find the table you need.
Please change tw_pages.inc line 263 from:

-      $sql = 'SELECT tablename FROM pg_tables;

To:

+      $sql = 'SELECT tablename FROM pg_tables ORDER BY tablename';
