Ideas, anyone? Should we show nothing? A link to email an administrator? A link to contact form if it exists? Let's hear it. :)

Good call. Added the variable check to show nothing, and since both turning off user registration and anonymous checkout require administrator action, we'll assume they did so intentionally. I also updated the link text so it wasn't so 90's.
