Is there a solution to edit multiple blocks or views at one time?

Since I've come back to using Drupal the last couple weeks (not that I was using something else, just I stopped doing web development for a while) one of the main shortcomings I've noticed is the inability to edit more than one block or view at the same time because for certain things I want to apply the same attributes to similar blocks that are used in a similar situation. I know you can clone an existing block but so often it ends up that I need to change something later on and I have to tediously click through each view or block to change the values, is there a module or anything that enables you to at least open up a few blocks at once and apply changes or to apply changes (that are all the same) to a group of blocks / views?

I've tried searching around a bit but haven't found anything so far so I figured I'd ask here.
