I would like to have some options for mutual block, e.g. how much users will be shown in it and link "more" to page with all mutual friends.
I think the best is to do this block by views if it is possible, then it will be high customizable for everyone (e.g. showing in the grid, number of results, etc.)

What do you think?

I install friendlist for drupal 6 in a site but I had questions how to configure. Also when I active this friendlist module..It didnt found the friendlist rules and views. Please help me.

I don't think it's possible to do mutual friends with views.
If you manage to organise a view as such, please export it and post it here...
