Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could point me in right direction for editing the CSS involved in APK. I am not too hot with CSS and am a bit scared i will break something haha.

I have attached a screen shot so you can see what I see.

I simply want to make it black like the background.

Any help much apprecaited

Kind Regards
Niall

Title:Theming APK please help» How to change color of rounded corners style pane background
Project:Advanced Profile Kit» Panels
Version:6.x-1.0-alpha3» 6.x-3.x-dev

That isn't APK; it's Panels. I spent some time poking around in firebug but can't find where it's setting the background color. The quick fix would be to turn off the rounded corners style. If you don't want to do that, you'll need to find where it's setting the background and also replace the corner images.

Moving the issue over to the Panels queue in case folks over there can give more specific help.

Hi,

Just to make sure I get your question correct. Do you mean:

When the Rounded Corners style is used, how do I make the background of the panel (which Rounded Corners style is applied to) black?

Yes, I have turned off the rounded corners now, and all my panels now are now following my theme (Black) but i did like the rounded corners but when enabled they are white squares with the rounded border just inside.

See the attached image above

Kind Regards

I'm sorry, the rounded corners style is not currently colorable. Your only real option is to dig into the style, see how it works, and create your own that uses images that are a color you like. This particular style is the only style Panels has that uses images, and we've been using it largely as a wayfinder to teach us how to move forward with fancier styles in the future. It is not meant to be all things to all users.

merlinofchaos,

I have a project at http://theboxes.paradise.sg. Does it fit what you envision - "as a wayfinder to teach us how to move forward with fancier styles in the future"?
