getting performence problem by calling page 2 times.

Hi,
Issue: Main page will be called 2 times and thats effecting the performance of our site.
Im working on performance issues in our site (Super Nav).
When ever we are login, 1st main page will be load and then super nav will be called.
Then page will get complete blank and then 1st super nav will load then once again(2nd time) main page will be loading.
So main page is calling 2 times every time.
Ist problem of Super Nav or problem with order of execution.
Please any one knows this problem or any one came across this problem please give me the suggestion for this problem.

Hi power2php,
Have you taken a look at the Navigate module? It's basically version 2 of Super Nav, without the frames and the problems some people were having with them. I spent some time trying to troubleshoot the frames problem maybe a year ago, but didn't get to the bottom of it.
