Just a minor thing...

The 'Database Tweaks' submenu is by default located last in the 'Site configuration' menu. Should be listed alphabetically. That is bellow the 'Clean URLs' and above the 'Date and Time' menus.

Also last in the .../admin/settings page and without a short description like the rest of the modules.

That's all.

I thought it will be easier to find, you set settings once, so you don't need them anymore.
I also considering merging this project into: drupal_tweaks module, which give you opportunity to change PHP settings.
So you don't need to install 10 different modules, just one.
