Wrong link in the Video module administrative interface

Description
In the Video module administrative interface (admin/settings/video), in section Statistics counters, we have the words:
To allow users to view counters visit: access control
and the words "access control' is a link to admin/access. This path is incorrect, in Drupal 6, the correct path is "admin/user/permissions".
Please, fix this.
