The user http://drupal.org/user/539892 has been around less than four days and is leaving comments in the handbooks. Logically it looks like spam but since I only read English I do not know what they say.

I can clean up but need another opinion on if this is spam or not.

I translated a few of the links with a machine translator and it pretty much looks like link spam. Even if it's not, its useless as handbook comments.
