Description
The attached patch allows an administrator to deny affiliate referrals by user, ip & referral uri
These spam settings are available from admin/settings/affiliates

We also need to allow an administrator to go to the profile page of an affiliate and delete all current affiliate points ascribed to that user . Working on this now ..

Also added an area on the profile page so that an administrator can see where a particular affiliates referrals are coming from
