DotNetNuke
The biggest one that I know of that is open source is at:
http://www.dotnetnuke.com
Warning - Personal Opinion:
I was turned off by the visual studio requirements and compilation stuff a while back. I believe that has been alleviated somewhat in the latest releases.
Drupal felt better, and I'm an old VB hack... I didn't like the concept of having to pony up to MS to get at an open source project, and visual studio was an expensive and bloated pig for a while. MS has fixed that apparently, but I haven't gotten over my initial impressions.
Worked with DotNetNuke for a while...
...And I can say that it's not like Drupal. It's a clone of the *Nuke architecture, and while it's popular on the .Net side it also comes with the same problems. 'Modules' add blocks and pages -- not 'data types' or 'new features' in the way that Drupal modules do. It's part of the 'data/functionality silo' family of portal software. In addition, the core forum is open source but the add-on module market is very very profit driven. There's nothing wrong with that, but to set up forums or something like that, you'll be slapping down $50 or so for a module. Mailing list management, another $50.
http://www.rainbowportal.net/ looks more promising from an architectural standpoint, but I haven't used it much.
