Description
The Site map module is much better than Sitemenu and I shifted from the Sitemenu to the Site map. Then I was requested by some visitors of my sites to change the view of the site map.
The view is OK for the "menu part" - with extra space on the left side of sub-menu-items.
But the site map view is NOT OK for the part of the map, which is generated from the Taxonomy Vocabularies. It would be much more convenient to see extra space on the left side of sub-categories (hierachic view) - like it looks at, for example, http://rnat.org.ua/sitemenu

If you are using a very new 6-dev version there are some CSS included but you can disable it in the settings. Check "Do not include site map CSS file" and see if that helps.
The official releases has still no CSS at all. With other words, the styling of the list on the site map page is controlled by your theme alone.

On the http://apitu.org.ua/admin/settings/sitemap page I have not found "Do not include site map CSS file" flag to check.
Probably I was not clear explaining the problem.
Please have a look at http://apitu.org.ua/sitemap
This page consists of two sections: Navigation (based on the Navigation menu) and Класифікатор (based on the taxonomy vocabulary).
The first section - looks perfectly and hierarchically arranged.
The second section at http://apitu.org.ua/sitemap (with the RSS images near the every line) - looks as the simple plain list of the vocabulary terms. But these terms also have the hierarchy and have to be hierarchically arranged (see the list generated by the sitemenu module - http://apitu.org.ua/siteMENU )
