Can't decide/ Don't know how!
Hello, I'm happy to be here because I know there is someone out there who has been where I am. I installed 6.12 on my host service (Startlogic); web site is jpcrazy.com/home, (you have to include the /home of the page won't display. When you see the front page you will see JPC Virtual Tours, J P Crazy Button Co. and JPC Photogallery. All three are basically photographic services. I would like to make the photogallery into a Shutterfly type of gallery.
Being a new drupaloid I'm still trying to learn how to connect the dots. Here are my questions:
I have read some stuff about running multiple sites; should I split into three sites?
The Button Co is product driven. Which shopping cart would you recommend? I do have a pay-pal account.
JPC Virtual Tours (jpctours.jpcrazy.com) is set up on a sub-domain and is at the moment totally separate but I would like to upgrade.
I appreciate and thank you for any advice.

1) Whether or not you use separate sites depends on the use case-- do you want to share users (ie one common registration)? share content?
2) regarding ecommerce you basically have 3 choices: http://drupal.org/project/lm_paypal (very simple, paypal processing only), http://drupal.org/project/ubercart (my preference), and http://drupal.org/project/ecommerce.
3) checkout the http://drupal.org/project/subdomain and http://drupal.org/project/domain modules.

WorldFallz, thank you for the input. I'm not sure I understand "common registration;" do you mean one member registration or one admin registration/log-in. I'm thinking only the photo gallery would require a registration/log-in to access the site as a user, and the buttons and the virtual tours would only require order information. I think I'm saying I would like to have three separate sites connected only to the database? I will start studying your recommendations.

When I say common registration-- I mean that when a user registers (be them administrator or customer) they have 1 single login to access all 3 sites.
