Issue Summary
Per d.o. issue #475484 this ticket takes that existing code and ports it too Drupal 6 for the User Relationships module.
Alex tested this out on the system here and no issues were found the system worked as expected for Drupal 6.
Main thing was to remove the API Key since Drupal 6 has just one code branch.

Per discussion with Alex have re-implemented with the version portion for the services module.
Alex the attached fileset has all of the new files in it.
