Issue Summary

Some search engines support one of NOOPD, and NOYDIR attributes; it would be nice if the module would have support for them.

Any plans to backport to D5?

The D5 release is only supported for security issues, it is not actively developed:

While no longer supported nor actively developed, releases for Drupal 5 are still available.

That said, feel free to write a patch and leave it here for others to take advantage of.
