Can Drupal do what I need it to?

I'm looking to develop a consulting site that uses survey software to make recommendations based on the users' response.

Basically I need users to be able to sign up and be able to answer a set of specific questions for their business. Based on their responses, I would like to display a chart/graph with recommendations. After the initial preview survey, I'd like users to be able to pay for additional surveys that drill down further into their business that have similar functionality as the first survey.

I will also need to be able to host webinars and messageboards on the website and membership levels. I know this part is doable with drupal but I didn't know if there was built in modules for the survey portion of it. Or perhaps it wouldn't be as hard to develop as I think? Any advice is much appreciated.
