Mod developer needed for updating an abadoned mod

Hello
I am working on releasing a non-profit site and everything is ready except from one last remaining detail.
I would like to use an updated version of http://drupal.org/project/phpbb for phpbb3 and Drupal 6, asap, with all the features of the mod (synced registration / authorization info, forum blocks etc).
Please let me know of your proposals with the hourly rates and the estimated time needed for the project development/testing.
Payment method: Money transfer to bank account provided, after the mod is fully completed and tested on my site
Moreover, if you need further details for the project, reply with your questions and I will attend to them immediately

Strange requirements...

I have already been in contact with a developer team and I am waiting for their work. But I am leaving the thread open, just in case
I'm sorry for the requirements. It's a matter of trust on complete strangers who may falsely claim to be developers.
But I am a stranger too so :
Send me your portfolio of previous projects and if I am intrigued I might pay in advance
Otherwise, if I am not completely convinced I might just give a 40% in advance and the rest when the project is done.
By the way, no I haven't contacted Arkeep but I've seen many who asked for this version and didn't get an answer. So I've tried here
