How do I add attendees using the Minutes module?

Issue Summary

How do I add attendees? The form is displayed for me to enter the minutes but there are no options for selecting users to attend. Also, when I then view the minutes the attendee list is empty. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm using Chrome to browse the pages and PostgreSQL as the back-end database in case that makes a difference.

I presume there's no support for the sign up module? So signing up for an event doesn't automatically add an attendee?
