Is the Forms API a moving target?
After grabbing the latest CVS I discovered that a module I wrote last month didn't work after a submit. Browsing the CVS I found out that the function drupal_submit_form() was changed and that a new form directive called #redirect was added. (form.inc Rev 1.67)
So now drupal_submit_form() returns a $goto value to the call from drupal_get_form() and then jumps to that page. This is a nice feature but the default behavior is to goto the page that you are already on. This goto reloads the page and any global values carried from the drupal_submit_form() are lost. Now we need to use session variables if we need any posted form data for additional page executuion.
Is this the best way to add this feature?
