content_permissions??

I created a form that would allow businesses to submit general information bout their business; it has standard form with fields that businesses can submit their name, addresses, etc; however, I would like there to be a couple additional fields that the submitter cannot see per permissions such as an "additional photos" field.

If after contacting the business owner by phone and verifying that they in fact submitted their business I would then like to open those fields up to the business or allow manual input of those fields by an administrator. It would also open the possibility of selling 'premium' listings that have additional fields available that are not available to 'basic' submissions.

In looking up CCK modules, I came across CCK privacy which, in it's description, references the differences between CCK privacy and 'content_permissions' module. The CCK Privacy description of the 'content_permissions' module sounds like it is EXACTLY how I would achieve this; however, I cannot find that module anywhere... I have searched alphabetically and by type and by module search and am having no luck....does it still exist? If not, is there a module for CCK that will provide similar functionality?
