What does Error -60 mean?

I keep getting the following in the drupal log:
Error -60 from http://88.151.243.81: Operation timed out - mollom.getImageCaptcha -

)What does this mean? Has this blocked a spambot from registering? Is there any documentation on mollom error codes and what they mean?

I keep getting the same error (-60), I too would like to know what this error code means.

I cannot find anything about an error code 60 or -60 on Google. :( Have either of you visited admin/settings/mollom to see if there are any error messages there?

I've not been getting the error messages for a while (I've upgraded to 6.x-1.10). I can't see anything about error messages on admin/settings/mollom

Is your server blocking requests to xmlrpc1.mollom.com, xmlrpc2.mollom.com, etc.?

My server was blocking requests to xmlrpc1.mollom.com, xmlrpc2.mollom.com, etc, however, I could find no documentation on what this error code meant, so I did not know if that was a related issue or not.
