option to lowercase submitted content

What I have in mind is that user submitted terms can sometime be uppercase or lowercase, and thus an option to make all lowercase, or capitalize first letters only would be cool.

The unitag module has such a feature.

I'm not going to implement this feature on my own, because I don't think it is that important, but you are always invited to come up with patches :-)
