I am sorry if this issue has been solved and I missed something. I am fairly new to drupal but have used joomla successfully for years.

I am in the process of building a social networking site, sort of like facebook. I am using this module in conjunction with activity to show statuses and activities by a user.

The problem is that when a status is posted it doesn't show the posting in the activity module. It only shows "You posted a status on "the users" profile" but doesn't show the posting.

How can I fix this?

Thank you

Tony

Go to the Activity settings (admin/settings/activity/list and click "configure" next to the appropriate message) and change the message using the tokens provided.

I am really sorry, and I know the problem is in Activity, but I am not quite understanding you correctly I guess.

I am wondering if I may have have a version of "Activity" that isn't 100% compatible.

I have attached screen shots in order of the process I am using to make these changes. there are a couple extras just so you can see what I am viewing.

My shots do not look like yours do I need to do anything else to activate the module correctly?

The screenshot I posted was from Activity 2. You're using Activity 1, which is fine too. All you need to do is change the text in the fields shown in 3.jpg (that you uploaded in comment #2) to include either the [status-themed] or [status-unformatted] token.

By the way, the text "Faceboo" is a bug in Activity 1 where it shortens module names to 7 characters.
