Issue Summary
I have recently added to a specific node type a template that has a scrollable DIV if the content is longer than the allowed space. Works fine until I come to a page with any
- tags, IE doesn't want to scroll the lists with the text with in the scrolling div. Any ideas? Works just as expected in FF.

oops... forgot to wrap the tag in a code tag... it's supposed to say:

PS it also floats on top of the page fixed, going outside of the theme... see screen grab
