Creation of Roles & Permissions setting in conStruct.install

We have to create the three default roles used by conStruct:

- admin
- contributor
- curator/owner

And we have to setup, by default, the permissions for all the conStruct modules.

All this has to be implemented in conStruct.install

Additionally, the roles should(?) be removed at uninstallation time.
