If not Constant Contact, then what?

Hi, I'm trying to incorporate Constant Contact into my client's site (because they already use CC), but we're using Drupal 6.13 so there's not a module yet fully developed for that. After reading the posts on incorporating code, etc... I am still lost and don't understand any of it.
BUT, I also see there's not really a module that works much like a newsletter - like Constant Contact.
In looking at Simple News, it appears that visitors already need a "user" account in order to sign up for a newsletter. Don't want that.
Am I missing a module? Thanks, I love this community and this CMS!!

I'm pretty sure anonymous users can sign up for a SimpleNews newsletter. The module page says, "Both anonymous and authenticated users can opt-in to different mailing lists.", and I am almost certain I have used it in this context before.
You might also consider Mail Chimp, http://drupal.org/project/mailchimp I've never used it but I think it is on par with Constant Contact.

Thanks for the input, eojthebrave. I'll upload it and see if it does what we need. We won't be moving to MailChimp, just because the client is already familiar and using CC.
