Releases for userplus

Changes since DRUPAL-6--2-1:

• #349333 by imclean: Allow entry of required user profile fields when adding
  multiple users. Added checkbox to turn on/off required profile fields on add multiple users page.
• #383292 by maverick14: Added permissions so administrators can allow
  certain users to have selective access to userplus functionality without
  having to give them rights to administer users.
• #373511: Setting now determines which roles to display on the multiple user
  add form and the role assignment form.
• #373511: Added the install file to set up the two variables that control
  which roles appear on the add multiple users form and role assignment form.
  If users upgrade without running the script everything works just fine,
  but they won't see any additional roles on the add multiple users form
  or the role assignment form without configuring them to appear at
  admin/settings/userplus.
• The README.txt file was way out of date.

• #81419 by Xen.dk: Added a checkbox for notification of added users.

• Users can't remove an OG Manager from their group(s) on the "assign user grous" page any more: http://drupal.org/node/167157#comment-288756
• Addition of multiple test users is now here in released form. This will be short-lived in the Userplus module, as it should really replace the similar functionality in Devel.

First 5.x release of Userplus.
