Attachments not visible in custom content type

Issue Summary

Hi,

I have created a custom content type called "dcouments", this content type has a title, body and place to attach files. I have also created a page View to display these nodes created by this content type.

Issue:
Whenever a user is signed in, he can see the files attached to these nodes but if you log out or if you try to access this page page without signing in; then the attachments are not visible.

In short, i want all of them to see the attachments and download it without even signing in. Please help me, i have already check all the permissions for showing this to all the users. but it does not work.
