Currently, this module is broken with the latest apachesolr dev. It is the result of this issue

#502976: Other GET parameters ignored by Apache Solr Facet Blocks

Just need to implement the two new methods. Probably involves fixing that commit as well.. Doesn't seem like it is implemented in a manner usable by this module.
