Cannot Delete parent menu in Drupal 6

Issue Summary

Hi everybody... i just install Drupal 6.12. I have ADD couple of menu using drupal in menu module, example 'News' & 'Learning'. I also create a child for the 'Learning' menu such as 'Tutorial'. The problem is i cannot delete the 'Learning' menu but i can delete 'Tutorial' menu. This is because i did not see any button such as 'Delete' to click in the parent menu page for Drupal 6. I did not have problem in Drupal 5. Can anybody tell me how to delete this parent menu

hai,

1.Go to Admin side by logging using the username & password.
2.Go to sitebuilding/menus/primary links
3.By the right side of every menu there will be a "Edit" and "Delete" option.
4.Click the delete option the parent menu can be deleted.
