taxonomy_blocks makes admin/build/modules not render when it is in the modules directory

Description
Using D6.12, when I first tried to install this module, I check the box on modules page, then it would not come back, just gave me a white page. I removed the module from my directory, refreshed, and admin/build/modules started working again. I uploaded the module again, and the admin/build/modules page would not render again.
