is it possible to aggregate the css as well? and switching over to minify 2.13?

The Licence would be the problem. We cannot include minify in this module.
But CSS aggregation is handled by Drupal Core. We could only try to minify and gzip CSS alltogether.

Re: Minify's license, the project license is "new BSD", but if you need me to add the license/link in every file, I can. Let me know if you have any questions about the classes.
