File download module ??

Hi all,
I am in need of a module, where a user can directly pay for a file using paypal, and then download it. does ecommerce have such option, or if you know any other module, please let me know.

You can use Ubercart Module

Ubercart module provides a optional sub module “File Download” that allow user to download a file after he pay for it.

Ecommerce module also provides file download feature
