Trying to edit then save an existing view causes an error message:

View name already in use.

While this problem is not actually in my code, until the tarball gets fixed I want to leave this open. Hopefully smart users will read this.

The problem: Right now, project module does not seem to be picking up the latest files when generating the CVS tarball. I've heard rumors this is true for other projects as well, but I haven't investigated this. Believe me, at this point I will be investigating.

In any case:

If at all possible, please retrieve views code directly from CVS while this issue is active.

It seems to be a problem with the version of the project module used here at drupal.org
