Comments duplicating

Hello people,

Thank you very much for your previous help, it worked just fine and you have taught me something about drupal as i am quite new to it, but now if someone posts a comment it duplicates the comment. If you need a reference, look here:

i have 5 star and if the user comments, the comments go one above the stars one below the stars.

Help please!
