Fatal error while crating new issue

Hi,
I'm new so maybe this is not a bug. I'd like to get exactly the same bug tracking system like drupal.org.
If I create a issue , I enter the project fill out the fields and get this
Fatal error: Call to undefined function project_issue_comment_view() in /www/.../drupal/sites/all/modules/project_issue/project_issue.module on line 748
Is there an easyeier way to copy your system or do you have another module that does the same for issue tracking?.

and drupal 6.x
