I hereby apply for co-maintainership of this module. My reasons for my application are that I'd like to address some of the issues reported here and also be able to commit patches for new features so that we do not have to use a patched version for our own projects.

I haven't heard from eaton yet. I'll give it some time seeing it's summer and people are likely on vacation.

I asked Eaton to be a co-maintainer today to help with the issues in the queue, plus add missing functionality/theming/polish for a project we're working on. Solipsist I think you'd make an excellent addition to the team, so I've added you as a co-maintainer also. Please continue to post patches before committing changes so they can at least have the opportunity for review. Thanks!
